We are currently seeking a Bids & Proposal Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team, based at our Perth CBD offices.
THE ROLE
As a Bids & Proposal Coordinator you will work within a dynamic team to ensure high-quality proposals are submitted. Responsibilities include:
Proposal coordination. Preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline to ensure all key milestones are adhered to, including running regular status meetings
Day-to-day tendering tasks including master document creation, documentation and resources database management
Coordinating tender deliverables. Develop tender delivery timelines, deliverables matrix and assigning responsibilities in collaboration with functional leadership
Document management including management of all received electronic documentation and correspondence, tender drafting and final formatting
Pre-bid activities, completing pre-qualifications & expressions of interests
Organising of kick-off, progress update and pricing review meetings, and risk workshops
Coordinate and incorporate input from bid managers and technical experts to ensure a consistent and coherent bid
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience in preparing constructions tenders and:
Great people & relationship building skills
A creative mind – bring your own, fresh ideas to the team and delivery outputs
The ability to perform well under pressure and work to tight timeframes, whilst managing multiple submissions at varying stages of completion
Strong analysis, MS Office skills, writing and editing abilities
Can proactively set priorities
