Due to continued growth and success, this extremely forward thinking company have created brand new role for someone with Internal Sales and/or Applications Engineering experience to account manager International Distributors for the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with Internal Sales experience looking for the next step in their career and these roles rarely come about The role will liaise with sales, customer service and manufacturing team daily, whilst managing distributor relationships to ensure that they receive sufficient support from the factory required for consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting distributor accounts, spot opportunities for growth and developing existing relationships Tracking on-going enquiries and providing support to increase quote conversion rate Liaise with central marketing and ensure distributor websites are up-to-date with latest product information Annual renewal of distributor agreements; assign and monitor sales targets for distributors Liaise closely with the production, customer service and sales teams to ensure that quote and order delivery status is communicated and escalated where necessary.

Working closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided Liaise with International Distribution Manager on Distributor performance, Project status, strategies, and sales targets Deliver on KPIs and Goals Skills/experience: Having a background in engineering is essential Any experience with pumps, valves and/or hydraulics etc is key Would consider someone with a related background e.g.

Rotating Equipment, Gears, Gearboxes Must have excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills are essential, a professional and polite Telephone Manner Strong background in managing customer relationships Experience managing accounts or international accounts is highly desirable Any experience providing technical support and implementing performance improvement measures is highly desirable Highly motivated with a strong will to succeed Salary and Package £25k-£30k Company bonus equivalent to 1 month salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company Pension Potential of hybrid working Early Friday finishes Company pension scheme If this seems of interest, please apply now
