We have a great opportunity to join the education team at HMP Preston as an Administration Co-ordinator on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

What the role entails
As the Administration Co-ordinator you will work closely with partner agencies, teaching staff and Managers on a daily basis by providing an effective administration service that supports contract monitoring, contract compliance and general office management. The role will also include processing relevant data relating to finance, personnel or learners and ensuring records are kept up to date.
What we need from you
In order to be successful in the role of Administration Co-ordinator, you will need:
Previous admin experience preferred with the ability to demonstrate excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
Hold or be willing to gain qualifications at level 2 literacy and numeracy within agreed timescale.
Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualifications related to ICT or business administration.
Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment
Experience of maintain accurate electronic and paper-based data recording system.
Good literacy and numeracy skills
To ensure data and reports are accurate and produced in line with deadlines
To be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
