Contract Type: 40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. The shifts will consist of days, evenings and weekends.
Salary: OTE £55,000/year (£24,000 + uncapped commission scheme) + Car allowance

What does the job involve?
Our Business Managers are the second stage of the sales process, your job will be to guide the customer through the finance application for their shiny new car.
You will explain the different options available to them.
Your role will be totally impartial and you will not give advice. You will present documents and facts while ensuring all information is understood.
The goal of this role is to generate repeat and referral business, so you will also need to call current customers coming to the end of their agreements.
Also, you will need to generate leads to make new sales.
What skills or experience do you need to join the team?
You will need a full and valid driving licence.
A background in sales is essential for this role.
Also, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will need to be a real people person who can build a strong rapport easily.
