Your future duties and responsibilities

• Leading on a well-established, strategic account, working with a major global client
• Maintaining a good client relationship and regular interactions with multiple stakeholders across the client, including monthly service reporting and reviews
• Strategic planning and pursuing business development opportunities, identifying any areas for growth and leading these throughout the bid process
• Overseeing the smooth delivery of any project and Change activity
• Leading virtual, internal delivery teams to ensure the BAU service is delivered within the contracted SLAs and in accordance with all compliance requirements
• Identifying and implementing service and process improvements with a view to improving the Client Satisfaction
• Financial reporting for all activities related to the engagement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Demonstrable success in a similar role
• Proven ability to build rapport, build consensus, set and manage clear expectations with team members and client stakeholders
• Ability to work with clients and internal teams to listen, understand requirements, prioritize issues and proactively communicate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive solutions for clients
• Good technical understanding to be able to articulate technical language into business language and vice versa
• A knowledge of Oracle and/or payroll solutions is desirable but not essential
