In this dual role of a Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission. These passionate teams will depend on you to care for and support our patients during their hospice journey. It will be your responsibility for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors as well as the planning, implementing, and maintaining a bereavement program to meet the needs of families/caregivers from Bristol Hospice for up to one (1) year following the death of the individual hospice patient.
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, M.Div. or equivalent theological degree).
* Experience working with death and dying, individuals/family/caregiver.
* bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
* Ability to work as member of an interdisciplinary group.
* Comfort in an interfaith setting.
* Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values.
* Ability to network with community clergy and congregations.
* Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.
* Hospice experience preferred.
