Sutherland is now seeking dependable, enthusiastic **licensed Life & Health Insurance Advisors** to provide professional presentations and sell insurance over the phone to **existing customer** s of Fortune 500 Insurance companies on behalf of one of our leading insurance clients/customers.

**These work from home** opportunities require individuals who strive to provide next-level care to clients and their customers and can excel in an environment where **_leads are provided_** **.** In this role, you will:

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products

+ Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data

+ Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines

+ Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities

+ Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses

+ Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed

+ Previous work experience with electronic documentation management, understanding of workflows and Microsoft Products (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows Explorer)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum one year of previous customer service/sales experience

+ Ability to manage multiple software applications and document customer records at the same time

+ Prior experience in the health care/insurance industry preferred
