Job Description

The Dealer Services Product Specialist is a dynamic position with limitless potential. In this role you will work closely with the dealer services team in developing and maintaining US Auto Credit's specialty products which include purchasing bulk receivables, payment streams, floor plan and servicing accounts in respective.

Job Duties include:

* Assist in managing and marketing all aspects of US Auto Credits Specialty Products which include purchasing bulk receivables, payment stream, Floor Plan, and Servicing in respective.
* Assist the Sr. VP of Dealer Services and Regional Dealer Services Manager (RDSM) in developing good relationships with reputable dealers that will result in profitable relationships for US Auto Credit.
* Help to attain set volume and revenue goals on a monthly basis.
* Assist in ensuring dealers send in completed and signed closing documentation as required by US Auto Credit in order to conduct business and maintain dealer files.
* Assist the Sr. VP of Dealer Services and RDSM on the pricing of bulk and payment stream deals.
* Support the Dealer Services team as needed. This includes: Gathering and reviewing paperwork for purchase, assisting in dealer buybacks and proactively be able to discuss recourse obligations with them, and doing floor plan audits when needed.
* Assist the Sr. VP of Dealer Services, Sales, Regional Sales Managers and Dealer Sales Reps in developing good relationships with reputable dealers that will result in profitable relationships.
* Maintain highly ethical and moral standards reflected with US Auto Credit's business activities, consistent with the Duval Motor Company Core Values.
* Other duties as assigned.


* Prior experience in financial services or auto finance industry.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Very strong listening, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and files
