Kettering Health Main Campus

* Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
* The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

Responsibilities & Requirements


* Provides support to transform the patient experience. Champions process and quality improvement efforts in support of patient experience programs to ensure standardization across the campuses, and integration among departments, units and service lines; and
* Collects, aggregates and analyzes, patient experience data thereby providing meaningful information to help identify and prioritize improvement opportunities that align with KMC's strategic plan; and
* Performs process improvement and workflow analysis and prepares and presents process mapping to identify areas to improve the patient experience. This includes coordinating and supporting efforts in the development and implementation of action plans to resolve identified clinical and service-related process issues; and
* Provides technical assistance, training, consultation, communication and facilitation to leaders, providers & staff regarding patient experience transformation, measure specification and customer service excellence; and
* Encourages and supports the provision of services in a way that reduces barriers and maximizes access to quality care for patients.
* Coaching and Improvement Strategies based on staff, unit, and/or leader observations

Preferred Qualifications


* Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
* Minimum of three years of experience in bedside patient care
* Previous experience working with patient experience data and CAHPS initiatives.
