Location: Flexible, Remote possible

The Sales Strategy & Training Manager is responsible for the performance management of the sales team. They assess existing sales processes and drive continuous improvement. They partner with sales and business unit leadership to set strategic direction for the sales team. The Sales Strategy & Development Manager deploys programs and initiatives that improve sales team effectiveness, based on organizational needs and an evaluation of field competencies. They provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, tools and resources to drive growth and success. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

* Build a trusted relationship with sales and business unit teams
* Facilitate alignment between sales and business units on strategic goals
* Support territory managers to guide & coach the development & execution of strategic plans
* Lever market intelligence into a competitive sales advantage
* Map customer journeys and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly
* Work with sales leadership to define, document, and continuously improve the sales process
* Promote best practices across sales teams while streamlining overhead
* Assess sales deployment and sales channels and challenge as appropriate
* Foster a cultural strategy that differentiates Qorvo at customers
* Gather and prioritize sales enablement needs, then develop solutions to address them
* Identify knowledge & skill gaps across the sales team
* Develop, maintain, and coordinate an ongoing sales training program
* Facilitate training content procurement or creation with internal and external resources
* Provide effective onboarding that shortens learning curve for new sales reps
* Contribute to building a pipeline of talent

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field
* 10+ years experience in a semiconductor sales or sales management role
* A strategic mindset
* A strong understanding of the sales process
* A passion for training, coaching and developing others
* Ability to generate and facilitate compelling sales training content
* Able to build influential and trusting internal relationships across sales and marketing
* Excellent communication skills
