The Liquidity and Funding Manager is responsible for the measurement, coordination and oversight of Seacoast Banks liquidity position, including daily metrics and analysis, as well as all financial management and regulatory reporting. This role also entails collaboration with Functions outside of Treasury to help maintain and further develop Seacoast Banks liquidity and collateral management processes and reporting.

As the Liquidity and Funding Manager, you will focus on enterprise liquidity risk monitoring and reporting, collateral related regulatory reporting, management reporting, trend analysis and the management of collateral to support the banks liquidity needs.

Primary Objectives:

* Collaborating with other key functions across Treasury, Financial Resource Management, FP&A and Risk in the development and execution of a range of comprehensive funding and liquidity plans;
* Lead the external communication with Borrower in Custody [BIC] and Federal Home Loan Bank regulators in matters related to identifying and placing collateral as well as annual reviews
* Management of the Bank's Qualified Collateral Reporting (QCR) program with the Federal Home Loan Bank
* Quarterly reporting on the Bank's Contingency Funding, Liquidity Sources and Uses, and Financial Risk Dashboard and presentation of the same to the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
* Developing, enhancing, and overseeing implementation of the liquidity frameworks for internal stress testing as an extension of the ALCO model
* Analyzing current, expected and stressed liquidity requirements against accessible funding sources and present findings to senior management;
* Analyze liquidity risk issues, specifically those related to the Bank's wholesale funding portfolio.
* Produce detailed presentations which clearly articulate the potential scenarios, alternatives and preferences;
* Analyze variations from previous forecasts and investigate drivers to better inform future forecasts;
* Provide input and assessment of the firm's strategic balance sheet plan and the associated liquidity profiles, buffer composition and calibration.
* Participate in the creation of analyses and materials related to the quarterly press release and investor relations
* Support M&A Due Diligence and Implementation Activities
* Revamping of the related processes, policies and procedures to a standard appropriate for a mid-size bank

Position Requirements:

* Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in positions performing financial analysis.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills;
