Description

Lead a team of analysts responsible for driving planning activities across Core Platforms Technology. This is an enabling role that understands and provides data and reporting to leaders in the Core Platforms organization to help them in decision-making, and aids teams in process and data cleanliness activities. Key activities include:

* Partner with finance to understand performance against budget and forecast, and ensure respective leaders have the information they need to make decisions.
* Aid teams in understanding their baseline (run the business) budgets and actuals for accurate planning.
* Proactively monitor demand vs capacity to understand potential staffing issues and alert leaders. Maintain a current view of demand vs capacity.
* Understand agile metrics used to measure team maturity, and aid leaders in understanding data cleanliness rules for accurate reporting. Proactively monitor data cleanliness in internal tools such as Jira and Jira Align.
* Own and monitor Intake process, ensuring that work is flowing through the process and appropriate actions are being taken, including ensuring the request meets Definition of Ready criteria.
* Build and maintain relationships with Core Platforms leaders, ensuring their planning needs are understood and helping them understand what is needed from them.
* Build and maintain relationships with Chief Operating Office team and Data Measurement and Reporting teams to understand requests and reports provided, provide input into priority and enhancements and respond to requests.
* Ability to motivate team, provide coaching and mentoring to drive results

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in technology project/portfolio management
* 3+ years of experience in agile software development
* 1+ years managing staff or providing work direction, coaching and mentoring
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present and communicate to executive level
* Experience in budget management for projects and/or departments
* Skilled in understanding how to leverage data to drive meaningful results, demonstrated analytical skills
* Skilled in building relationships across organization
* Highly adept in using Microsoft Excel
* Self-starter, driven and eager to learn
* Willing to travel as needed, generally no more than once per quarter

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,500 - 185,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
