**Job Description**

The **Sr. Manager of License Sales** will interview, onboard, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives. Your team is solely responsible for selling to customers and ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) in your territory: finding opportunities, developing them, and ultimately closing them. You will have set of Oracle Sales Development Representatives (SDR) assigned to assist you with lead generation.

The manager will be responsible for quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecasts for their territory.

Your mission is to nurture and develop successful sales professionals coaching them on sales process, executive soft skills, and Oracle product knowledge fundamentals in a collaborative environment.

+ This is an ideal role for a candidate looking to take their sales experience to the next level by leading a team of 5 to 6 sales professionals.

+ Work closely with Technical Sales Consultants to position Oracle Database, Middleware, Analytics and Cloud technologies to win business in a highly competitive marketplace

+ Provide accurate sales forecasts

+ Operate with commercial intensity with particular emphasis on linearity (monthly targets), productivity (% of your team attaining their targets each month) and ultimately attaining and exceeding your sales targets

+ Collaborate with other pillars within Oracle to win business for "Team Red"

+ Create lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers

+ We value outstanding written and verbal acuity, specially since a lot of the business is conducted virtually these days.

+ We strive for attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times. We get stuff done -quickly in an ever-changing environment.

+ 25% domestic travel may be required (once travel restrictions are lifted)

California Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
