As the National Account Sales Manager - Residential Business, you will lead product sales and program execution within Toro's U.S. & Canada mass retail business in its residential division. Create annual account growth plans, develop and manage strategic account relationships, and lead training and event coordination to achieve annual account(s) sales and profitability objectives.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

+ Partner with account(s) and marketing to develop and deliver strategic business growth proposals to achieve mutually aligned annual sales growth and profitability targets.

+ Utilize a thorough understanding of the account(s) to identify retail growth and market share opportunities.

+ Provide regular business intelligence and sales performance updates to management.

+ Collaborate with the e-commerce account manager to ensure omnichannel alignment with merchandising, promotions, product launches and key strategic marketing initiatives.

+ Partner with internal and external teams to ensure proper and timely account demand execution.

+ Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive products, pricing, & promotions, and make tactical recommendations to ensure competitiveness and to drive growth and market share.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline.

+ Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management, retail marketing, or related experience - durable goods experience preferred.

+ Solid foundation of financial acumen.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence mass customer stakeholders that have a high level of product, merchandising, and retail store/e-commerce experience.

+ Travel as necessary (up to 50%) to lead the annual plan & program execution, product sales & training with key account(s) within Toro's mass residential business.

Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
