Summary: This position is responsible for administering leasing functions and maintaining communications with internal business partners, field team and landlords.


* Collaborate with Spencer's Operations team to negotiate Spencer's Temporary Storage program.
* Transactional support to ensure the completion of negotiated deals to ensure all facilities and legal issues are managed through the opening process.
* Ensure productive and effective relationships with internal departments as well as a strong partnership with the store operations team.
* Process Verbal's which memorializes real estate deals, as well as LOI's. Collect and input all necessary information for approved real estate deals into Real Estate Database, Tango.
* Participates as administrative point person for assigned special projects and requests such as local / regional / national deal making, center specific data, competition data collection and maintaining files.
* Maintain Spencer's Legal Status with Legal to track leases and ensure accurate status and timely execution.
* Assist the field team with various store related issues and act as support in resolving matters.
* Other duties may be assigned.


Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Other Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to build strong relationships in the Retail Real Estate
* Experience to be able to perform job duties without waiting for guidance
* Must have a strong sense of urgency
* Ability to work independently
