Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative II promotes and sales insurance services and solutions to new home buyers.

Job Responsibilities

* Support insurance advisors and clients, including:
* Assists with billing inquiries
* Processes and monitors policy change requests, rate changes, and cancelations
* Prepares summaries of insurance for client renewals
* Handles mortgagee changes, payment processing, and underwriting changes
* Schedules client insurance reviews
* Works with insurance companies regarding client transactions
* Communicates with lenders to ensure they receive appropriate billing information and proof of insurance
* Provides continuous feedback that will improve the client experience and internal processes
* Builds rapport and adapts communication approach with each client
* Assists with other team activities as needed
* Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
* Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
* Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
* Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
* Performs all other duties as assigned by management


* High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
* Current Texas General Liability Property and Casualty License preferred


* Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
* Personal lines insurance experience preferred
* Working knowledge of AMS and Ezlynx is a plus
* Some knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
