Sitting within the Ireland Ecommerce Team, this candidate will contribute towards the ambitious growth of Dyson’s online presence in the Irish market. Joining this fast-paced team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing content on Dyson’s direct to consumer website, ensuring the ongoing smooth running of Dyson’s ecommerce whilst gaining a wide range of skills and collaborating with colleagues across the Irish business. Purpose of the RoleThe Executive role will support the delivery of a premium experience across Dyson.ie and the Dyson Outlet Stores. The role requires a high level of organisation and technical understanding combined with the ability to learn quickly.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSetting up E-commerce promotions in line with the trading calendarManaging onsite merchandising and cross-selling spacesConducting site audits and consistency checking, updating content as appropriateCommunicating live issues to key stakeholders to make sure the wider business is informed and kept up to date as appropriateWorking with the E-commerce team on major web projects and events such as, Black Friday, multi-variant testing and new product launches.Using web analytics tools - such as Adobe Analytics - to gain actionable insights, influencing key merchandising decisions and supporting the ongoing maintenance of the site.Working with Group teams to optimise SEO performance and grow organic performance.Working with our owner experience team to manage content on website to address key owner tension points and improve net promoter score. About YouEssential:Demonstrable experience in online content administration role or similarPassionate about ecommerce and the opportunities it brings to drive traffic and salesSelf-starter with lots of initiative and a positive attitudeGood communication skills, both written & verbalAbility to collaborate with colleagues across different roles and departments, such as marketing and logistics teamsDesirable:Experience with a brand that sells direct to consumersCommercial awareness, experience building business cases to show value of new project initiatives to multiple stakeholdersTechnical requirements:Experience using a CMS programs (ideally Adobe Experience Manager and/or Hybris).Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web mark-up languagesStrong technical capability, experience briefing developmentBenefits27 days holiday (plus statutory bank holidays )Pension scheme Performance related bonus Life assurance Free on-site parkingDiscounts on Dyson machines#LI-DYSONDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
