The RoleSavills is recruiting a Valuations Surveyor (level depending on experience) to work in our Dublin Office. Our Professional Services department has a reputation for providing outstanding quality and professional advice across an array of services including valuations for loan security valuations, fund valuations, rent reviews, compulsory purchase negotiations and all other areas of professional work. Experience in all or a combination of these areas of work would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for an experienced Valuer to add to our existing market leading professional services team. The Person:Ideal candidates will have experience within the commercial property environment, either in Ireland or abroad, be a qualified member of the SCSI or RICS and be a Registered Valuer. The candidate will have a thorough knowledge and appreciation of key issues influencing the market combined with an excellent understanding of relevant legislation and planning laws. They will have drive and ambition and should be capable of working on their own initiative. The successful applicant will be highly pro-active, with a desire to provide the best advice and service within the Irish market. We welcome both Senior Surveyor and Associate Director level applicants.
