They now require a Contingent Worker and Performance Management Specialist to join their team. This role offers hybrid working models.Your new role• Create and own the end-to-end contingent worker process and associated policy, partnering with stakeholders in Procurement, Legal, IT, HSQE, Facilities, Finance, Transaction Services, and all relevant functions and teams to ensure the process is created to meet not only business demands, but all relevant legislative requirements and industry best practice• Design and manage a database of contingent workers, managing the implementation of a process by which this information is accurately and regularly updated, demonstrating influencing skills to ensure that information is kept up to date by key stakeholders across the organisation. • Ensure that contingent worker data is managed alongside existing workforce planning information, giving a 360° view of all org design and WFP information.• Manage all relevant compliance issues, including the creation and implementation of policy and protocol documentation, training, and communication to cover all aspects of the contingent worker’s journey through the company to include sourcing, on-boarding, and exit• Work with the resolver groups to deal with any system and user issues and escalate where appropriate to the HR Data and Process Manager.• Review the Performance Management Process and benchmark against external best practice and make recommendations for improvement• Act as liaison between the HR Management team, performance management system, IT team and software support team to ensure any issues with the system are raised and resolved in a timely manner and any identified system improvements are implemented• Develop and keep up to date performance management documentation and training materials• Perform audits throughout the year on input at all stages in the performance management process across the business• Support building the capability of coaching for performance.What you'll need to succeed• Relevant third level qualification• Five years’ HR experience with a minimum of three in a Business Partnering, Contingency Worker Management, Workforce Planning or Performance Management role, with demonstrable ability to develop programmes around the governance and management of large-scale processes• Analytical expertise: able to manage large data sets and draw insights from the data, while adhering to GDPR and data protection requirements• CIPD membership an advantage• Demonstrated experience and understanding of HR practices and Irish employment legislation• Strong influencing and negotiating skills are required, with a formal accreditation in coaching, mediation, dispute resolution, or arbitration an advantage• Understanding of risk management, using these principles to drive decisions• Advance skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver reports and progress updates to the business.• Ability to build a strong culture of communication within HR and the Business and adept at gathering inputs from stakeholders across the business
