Job Description Our client is a leading development agency who is looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR & Organisational Development team on a 6 month contract. The purpose of the role is to work as a member of the HR & Organisational Development team involved in a broad range of HR activities with a flexible approach to the work being carried out. This includes the provision of a confidential and discrete service around the administration of the Operations and Recruitment function along with a variety of other HR tasks. Key Tasks:To assist with all general HR operation matters including recruitment, leave administration, staff benefit schemes, and maintenance of databases and systems;Support the recruitment team and take ownership of all Level B roles;Contract Management: Ensure contracts and all correspondence are issued accurately and timely;To participate in recruitment panels at appropriate levels and provide feedback as required to candidates and team members;To support the purchase order and Invoice process, in line with the company's Procurement Procedures;Travel Saver Process: Manage the full process and ensure we are adhering to financial management policies;Act as back up for the SRC process. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail are at the highest level. Discuss the agenda items and outcomes with the Head of HR & OD;To maintain and keep up to date all filing requirements;Effective use and maintenance of HR Information Systems (CORE);To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied within and outside the Organisation and that a work life balance is supported as much as possible in the workplace;Ensure that company's values of People, Professionalism, Passion for Performance and Public Service are upheld at all times;To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.
