Managerial· Partner with key stakeholders to define and implement real time reporting dashboards· KPI monitoring and measurement against treasury goals & objectives· Timely identification and escalation of observed risks and/or issues to Treasury leadership· Maintain a risk log and suggest and implement process improvementsProjects· Set up of new Treasury reporting and/or transformation projects· Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved treasury reporting & risk managementIn-house bank related tasks· Treasury Reporting· FX risk:Take part of the closing process and analyse the financial impact of FX risk at the Group levelControl the balance sheet FX positionPerform a monthly rationalization of the FX result and performance reportingEnsure that the hedging portfolio reflects the Back-to back hedging strategyControl the consistency of the hedging positions per currencies (From Quantum) with the hedged underlying (from SAP)Calculating m-to-m on derivative portfolio and review of the consistencyImplementation of limits regarding hedging instrumentsInterest rate risk: Set up and manage interest rate reportBased on HFM reports, control of the residual cash on the subsidiaries’ accounts for entities / countries not under ZBA (countries where the cash pooling is forbidden or under currency regulation)Take part of the closing process and analyse the financial impact of IR risk at the Group level, including IR spread associated to FX swapsReview of the Asset / Liability IR position and identity IR gap in order to confirm the absence of residual rate position or, if any, explain the impact of the residual rate position, including back-to-back funding and structuringPerform a rationalization of the interest margin and control the consistency with IR balancesInterface with tax team on margins and base rates of intercompany transactionControl the correct accounting treatment of IR instruments under IFRS 9 (liaising with Conso team)Credit risk:Review of the consistency between the credit limits from the MMS reporting and the funding requests approved by the managementReview of the consolidated credit exposure including cash pooling positions and off balance sheet commitments· Check POBO/COBO related balances along with accounting team· Performance reporting in relation to deposits and bank feesOther Group Treasury related tasksReview and challenge interest income in local markets, country bank feesCentralise documentation of credit linesInternal dividend payment coordinationFollow up on M&A related tasks including escrow accountsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Economics, Banking, Financial Management (required); complemented by a formal treasury qualification ACT/CFA (desired)5 – 10 years’ experience working in International Corporate Treasury.Mandatory knowledge and experience in leading a Middle Office team and in financial controllingKnowledge of treasury systems FIS products Quantum, Trax.Ability to manage several projects and activities simultaneouslyExperience working within Treasury organizations participating in large projects and/or process changeIn-depth knowledge Treasury areas such as Cash Management (cash positioning, daily cash operations, etc), FX Hedging, Debt / Investments, In-House Banking & Intercompany Settlements Payments (pay-on-behalf-of, receive or collect-on-behalf-of), Debt Capital Markets and hedgingTreasury Accounting Experience in a global multi-national organization.Strong experience and proven track record in segregation of dutyAwareness of regulation and legislation on the markets involvedLiteracy in English language and ideally one or more foreign language skillsAdditional InformationAs part of our dedication to create an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Groupe is committed to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.
