- Compensation
- Assist with designing, implementing, and executing the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) projects.
- Oversee colleagues’ Cost to Company (CTC) structure and maintain data integrity in Workday.
- Evaluate current compensation practices and ensure compliance with the new labor codes and any statutory updates.
- Maintain and administer Conga’s Salary structure and career leveling.
- Participate in various salary surveys and ensure submissions are meeting deadlines
- Conduct regular job benchmarking and data analysis to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the People Partners team and participate in the decision-making process.
- Assist with Conga’s LTI plans administration and the half-annual equity reviews.
- Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, and other stakeholders to coordinate the compensation data flow in and out of Workday
- Builds complex models and performs analysis to evaluate feasibility of various alternatives and enable decision making (Excel, Excel Macros, Access, Power BI).
- Assist with evaluating benefits policies and programs and make recommendations to ensure programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Partner with our global benefits consultant and local benefit brokers and vendors.
- Partner with third-party administrators to resolve employee claim issues and inquiries as needed.
- Support projects focused on driving operational excellence around the digital transformation of benefit systems and solutions
- Administer corporate wellness programs, initiatives, and activities with a focus on increasing employee engagement and helping to build a strong culture of health and well-being.
- Assist with the global benefit renewal process including benefit enrollment systems, vendor management, and employee communications.
- Be a collaborative partner to the HRBP, Recruitment teams, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- + 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with excellent Excel skills
- Deep analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to influence decision making
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and labor codes governing compensation, benefits, taxation, pay practices, etc., in India; and is up-to-date with the new/prospective changes/amendments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of populations in a diverse community
