Key Responsibilities


HR Compliance Support

  • Ensuring that all abstracts, notices, compliance registers etc. are updated periodically and maintained at the branches
  • Coordinating with branches and compliance partner for handling inspections, audits and necessary documentation for PT/LWF/S&E and other HR compliances
  • Keeping / Updating Payroll Compliance Tracker on regular basis
  • Weekly ESIC registration input to ESIC consultant with family details
  • Monthly PF KYC/ EPS eligibility check & Form 11 for new joiners and sharing employee exit details to pf consultant
  • Coordination with compliance vendor for closure on pending queries / status update
  • Handling PF queries and coordinating with employees/ PF consultant for resolution


Payroll Support

  • Full and Final Settlement process support and handling exit related documentation/clearances/data validation for timely Full and Final Settlement
  • Coordinating for off-roll payroll attendance and inputs
  • Handling meal voucher and NPS process / assisting employees in first time registrationAny other domain specific support activities as may be required from time to time
  • Payroll audit support
  • Decent MS excel skills + written and verbal communication required to handle actions independently


Qualification

  • Any Graduate


Work Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
