POSITION SUMMARY



To support the Administration function of the organization in achieving its objectives by providing a sample controlled facility at the Corporate Head-office. Primary responsibility will be end to end Facility Management.



OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Provide Cost savings in Admin & Facility through negotiating and improvement in process at HO basis existing spend.

2. To ensure the process of Service Request Portals and SOP/SOI are followed to provide Highest standards of hygiene at all locations for leading through example.

3. Coordinating for projects, improve floor space efficiency at all locations, Projects will include Asset management and utilization of resources.

4. To ensure defined % of new Vendors are introduced/experimented with to ensure correct participation and distribution of task in most competitive way along with monitoring till NO due certificates by quality output by vendor till final payments by Glenmark.

5. Working on Portal updating and providing the training for employees on portal. Improvement in Admin portal.

6. To ensure Bill payment activity provides on time, error less processing of all vendors with Quarterly No due Certificates of the vendors.

7. Co-ordination and Liaoning with all Government, maintaining statutory compliances for various acts Shop & Establishment, Cafeteria Licensee.



External Interfaces: Liaisoning with Vendors, Contractors, Government Officials

Internal Interfaces (other than Direct Reports): All Employees, HOD's & Director.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES



Education: (degree/diploma): Graduation in any Stream, MBA

Language: Fluency in Marathi is a must.



Experience:

· 5+ years in Admin/Facility & Project management of a large organization including its Corporate office.

· Candidate must have handled an area of minimum 50,000 square feet and 1000 employees Experience in handling multiple locations handled will be an advantage.



Knowledge and Skills (Functional/Technical)

· Experience in Facility management, Security & Cafeteria

· Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Self-motivated

· Eye for details

· Negotiations Skills

· Legal/Financial documentations

· Automation of Process



Leadership/Managerial Attributes

· Self-starter and ability to work independently without much of supervision

· Efficient in working as a part of a team and in supervising multiple projects simultaneously
