Plan, Manage and Optimize Brand Visibility across various Digital Platforms and marketplaces for Tagzfoods. Strengthen and evolve digital marketing roadmap for products and brands, overall create and implement lead generation campaigns for relevant TG to meet revenue targets for products and brand

Job Responsibilities :

  • Plan, strategize, execute and scale the company's visibility and direct-to-consumer business profitably; Budgeting & Maximizing ROI : across various digital platforms
  • Create strategy and roadmap for the company's performance marketing activities; Define a sharp audience targeting and bidding strategy, copywriting, creative and design strategy, review them regularly, and sustain growth
  • Develop and own customer acquisition and retention funnels; Create a robust and effective campaign structure across all digital platforms (Facebook, Google SEM, Shopping, Affiliates, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin- Twitter with knowledge of all major Dashboards, E-mailer Campaigns. etc)
  • Own CAC /ROAS from performance marketing, continuously developing experiments/initiatives to improve metrics, including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting, and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance
  • Develop, manage and grow brand on various third party marketplace channels including managing negotiations, listing, marketing .

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

  • Should have 3+ years of experience in running revenue-focused performance marketing campaigns with extensive experience across all platforms - Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates with understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC and Google ads.
  • Prior experience in D2C / Consumer Brand is a must
  • Should be Data driven and very analytical - can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact, and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations
  • Should have knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics and Good understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC and Google ads.
  • Knowledge of Third party Marketplaces and Seller Portals ( Amazon/AMS , Flipkart, etc ) would be a plus
  • Should have ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and tight budgets ,across cross-functional teams; Strong marketing acumen
  • Should have excellent communication and project/task management skills
