Position : US Staffing Account Manager / Delivery Manager

8 to 10 Years’ experience in US Staffing Industry.

  • Looking for someone who already have 1 -2 existing clients and can hit the ground running with his/her own contacts from day 1.
  • Identifying Assigned clients and build relations to ascertain business requirements.
  • Working on strategic planning for existing accounts
  • You will be responsible for review of the consultants before final submission to the client
  • Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
  • Generating requirements from Assigned existing clients.
  • Responsible for getting new leads requirements from existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
  • Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
  • Should have knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing.
  • Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates if required.
  • You will be monitoring the productivity of the team member and supporting for improving the productivity of recruiters.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Director.
  • Follow up with the Clients on regular basis.
  • Strategic planning & execution.
  • You will be maintaining the client submittal data and delivery data and review it with director operation at regular intervals for working out better strategy.

Skills Required:

  • Graduate (Preferably BE-CSE and MBA) with relevant experience in US IT Staffing company.
  • Should be an excellent communicator and influencer.
  • Must have hands on experience of US Staffing process.
  • Should US Staffing business acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Recruitment industry
  • Ability to strategies, plan & execute the delivery spanning multiple clients
  • Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals
  • Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions • Good presentation, leadership skill & interpersonal skills.
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual with ability to work at fast pace
