Responsibilities:

  • Consult customers and close sales through telephones in multiple countries in English
  • Can accommodate customers in different timezones (willing to work different shifts which suit the growing markets)
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate course opening and class scheduling
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collect information and address customer feedback
  • Review weekly sales performance and plan for the upcoming week(s)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience in customer contact in the education and/or service industries is preferred. If you have no experience, do not hesitate to apply if you are smart, flexible, and willing to learn
  • Communicate fluently in Mandarin
  • Always put the customer at the center. Love selling; don't be afraid to be rejected
  • Good organization skills with effective time management skills
  • High teamwork spirit and determination to achieve sales goals
  • Able to adapt to a fast and dynamic working environment
  • Strong work ethic and professional working style
