Responsibilities (What we need)

  • Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
  • Present PensionBox to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
  • Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
  • Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
  • Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
  • Research accounts to understand the need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest
  • Become an expert in pension, CRM systems, and our product suite


Experience and Qualifications (What you should have)

  • At least 2-7 years of sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing BFSI/SaaS startup/consulting
  • A track record for exceeding targets in sales, ideally in start-up, or 2+ years in a high-performing professional environment
  • The ability to work with targets and timelines
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas & product in a simple, compelling way
  • The presentability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversations
  • A highly professional and results obsessed outlook
  • A high degree of coachability and great listening skills
