Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of sales life cycle management
  • Call potential customers and pitch Kapable classes
  • Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided
  • Schedule counselling sessions for potential customers with Kapable's teaching faculty
  • Initiate timely follow-ups to take prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified contact phase over the phone
  • Coordinate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Inform learners about the product/content upgrades and new features
  • Convert prospective learners and into admissions using effective sales strategies to close sales


  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Proven ability to generate new business revenue and close sales
  • Working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets )
  • Ability to understand and articulate value proposition and customer ROI
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Available to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm

Location: Saket, Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Working Days: 6 days (Tuesday -Sunday)

Salary: ₹400,000 - ₹700,000 per year
