We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company services and the clients they serve. Account Manager has to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.

The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. To succeed in this position, an Account Manager should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organised with the ability to build rapport with clients.


  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organisations.
  • Enhance department and organisation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and analyse client’s usage of our services.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the clients and internal teams.


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and Chief level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
