Roles introduction:


As a Sales Consulant you will accelerate Fractal Analytics’ growth in the UK and Europe for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. You are someone who is highly motivated with a successful track record of winning new business in Digital, Analytics and IT Services.

Reporting to head of BFSI sales who is based in the UK, you will be responsible for multiple sales leads and pursuits from prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation and closing for top tier accounts. You will work towards successful client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the overall sales efforts and account growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across a list of nominated accounts for in the BFSI vertical.
  • Drive sales in newly opened accounts and scale the overall relationship. Focus on white space growth.
  • SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship management
  • Leverage our strong demand generation engine to generate C level leads and manage these relationships. Arrange and drive client meetings.
  • Engage broader Fractal (Consulting, AI, Engineering, Solutions and leadership) throught out the sales cycle. Articulate Fractals’ value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client’s business needs and problems.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8 - 12years of experience in Sales/Business Development/ Pre-sales in relevant industry vertical and in IT and Consulting Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead win multiple deals in a given year.
  • Ability to build deep client relationships in a virtual environment.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
  • Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
  • Hands-on experience on selling to clients UK and Europe.
  • Ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
  • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process
  • Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
