Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling etc
  • B2B sales (Travel Agency): Client Acquisition by signing up new agents
  • Market Development and Revenue generation - meeting aggressive sales targets on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Sound understanding of Agency driven Air business
  • Client servicing and reactivation - retaining existing business with strong relationships and maintaining 80% active-client ratio
  • Market intelligence - credit history of agents, trust and reliability of agents in the market
  • Credit and Collections - ensuring timely payments as per agreed cycle
  • Adherence to reporting - agreements, maintaining accurate records, regular updations in CRM tool
  • Responsible for mapping the market, driving sales and nurture relationships with clients for repeat / referral business.
  • Strong connect with market, sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Onboard travel agents


Must have skills:


  • Knowledge of agency business
  • Knowledge of Credit based business model
  • Experience of 5-8 years
