Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for:


Strategic Planning

  • Business planning and analysing for assessment of revenue potential in business.
  • Identifying and developing new Modern Trade chains for long term revenue growth
  • Generating revenue through innovative sales models and understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Establishing strategies for achievement of top line and bottom line sales targets.

Sales & Operations:

  • Managing modern trade channel and ensuring business profitability
  • Managing commercial reconciliation and preparing joint business plan & driving the same.
  • Driving initiatives to develop business & managing the sales team to achieve goals & collecting targets.
  • Driving on ground sales efforts through Sales team, Beauty Advisors and Chains.
  • Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares in MT Chains.
  • Preparing Marketing & Sales Promotion Schemes Calendar and successfully executing the samefor product promotion in MT Chains.

General Administration:

  • Generating sales reports, scheduling meetings with MT Chains and preparing sales projection reports on quarterly basis.
  • Coordinating with finance department to keep track of claims & Payment collection from MT Partners.
  • Budgeting Chain ws Annual Business plan involving identification of all cost-elements for Sales.
  • Monitoring expenses versus Sales in Control after reviewing the same on quarterly basis.
  • Market Intelligence- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS for future use by the top management.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years' of relevant work experience in Modern Trade Channel
  • Expertise in driving Sales and growth numbers in MT Channel
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
