Job Title: TEAM LEAD / BDM - BENCH SALES

UNICODE SYSTEMS Inc is seeking for a TEAM LEAD / BDM - BENCH SALES -. Should have strong communication skills, the ability to develop key contacts, and feel comfortable in an inside/outside sales environment. Your primary role as a sales Team Lead is dynamic. In an effort to move leads through the pipeline quickly, you have to be an organized and detailed individual with a knack for multitasking various projects and responsibilities at a time. You are in charge of managing your teams, clients and their employees, dealing with customer service issues, as well as increasing sales from already existing clients. Also, he should have Excellent Proven experience in Recruitment (Bench Sales) / Business development managing experience in US Staffing industry.

Job Type - Full Time ( No Remote / No WFH)

Shift - Night (EST Working Hours)


NOTE: This is completely onsite opportunity and there will be no Work From Home. Also permanent Night Shift (US EST Time Zone).


Required Skills:


  • Ability to setup, manage and lead bench sales team as well as mentor them
  • Ability to setup, manage and lead recruiting team as well as mentor them
  • Experience in working with Tier 1, Tier 2 Vendors/Implementation partners/clients
  • Responsible for US recruiting OPT/STEM, H1 B, H4, TN 1, GC, USC.
  • Acquire and work on the requirements from US vendors and clients, ensuring closures are done promptly to produce tangible results.
  • Well versed with C2C, W2 Contract terms, clauses, Benefits Negotiation
  • Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies.
  • Responsible for getting new requirements from vendors/Implementation partners and clients
  • Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
  • Handling Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Interviewing, Negotiation, hiring method, follow up, BGV, Joining, On-board.
  • Ensure the potential and right consultants submissions are done properly to vendors/IP/clients in accordance with Job requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving Quality submissions for interview and placement to attain closures
  • Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job Boards (like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch, and LinkedIn) and networking channels.
  • Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or masters degree in the field of Business Administration, Technology or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Business Development (IT Sales) experience required.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience Bench Sales / Recruitment / Business development & accounting systems.
  • Must be proficient with MS office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
