Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.
* Two years full-service restaurant experience (fine dining or hospital experience preferred)
* Prep and line experience required
* High level of professionalism and customer service
* Ability to take direction
* Ability to work in a team oriented environment
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Southminster is open year round, which will require availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
* Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
