This position will be a functional system administrator for the Consolidations, Forecasting and Planning systems within the Finance Systems team. The role will primarily coordinate and support business processes, as well as execute key administration tasks on the consolidation and planning applications used by the Corporate and Regional Finance teams. This role will serve as an escalation point for the support and interaction with all Finance users globally.

Enhance and configure the financial system configurations and through testing and analysis, provide suggested modifications to upgrades and system enhancements to the Corporate Consolidations and FP&A teams to help meet business objectives. Great launch pad into other functions of Edwards.


* Maintain financial system configurations and through testing and analysis, provide suggested modifications to upgrades and system enhancements.
* Assess system performance and impact on monthly, quarterly and annually efforts (month-end/quarter-end close, monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, etc.); provide solutions to the Corporate Consolidations and FP&A teams to help meet business objectives.
* Troubleshoot escalated system configurations; provide recommended technical resolutions.
* Partner with IT teams (internal to Edwards and external vendors) to ensure continuous application availability and stability is established.
* Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholder teams (eg. IT, Business Process Innovation, Global Process Owners) to identify the primary needs of the business, and to develop and propose technology solution options.
* Other incidental duties

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information & Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
* A minimum of three years of Accounting/Finance & Financial Systems experience (or one years of experience with a Masters)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems as OneStream or Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
* Experience with global enterprise projects, including building business requirements documentation and participation in the design and implementation phases
* Degree or professional certifications in systems
* Moderate knowledge of JD Edwards, Blackline and Concur
* Consolidations and financial planning knowledge

For California, the base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $90,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
