MOD - Regulatory Operations Project Manager
You will project manage remediation projects book of work (BOW), developing and managing project plans, identifying key project activities and resource needs (including alignment with technology teams), while using your risk mindset to identify, communicate and manage project risks.
As this is a highly visible role, you will not only gain knowledge of traded derivative products but also gain exposure to front to back divisions across Macquarie.
You will be responsible for:
Project managing remediation book of work in transaction reporting
Facilitating APAC/ US region prioritisation forums involving global stakeholders from Compliance, Business, Operations and Technology
Leading a team of business analysts in delivering committed remediation projects
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations
Working closely with technology teams for project delivery alignment
Defining project timelines and ensure delivery in line with milestones
Contribute to continuous improvement and positive team culture
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of working in financial services sector in a similar role. You are someone with:
A proven track record of taking accountability and delivery of projects
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships and manage expectations
Experience delivering projects through geographically dispersed teams
Ability to drive for outcomes in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Experience in regulatory industries (e.g APAC and US Regulatory OTC Transaction Reporting) will be highly regarded
