Join our Group Procurement division and work with Senior Category Managers to support them in executing sourcing initiatives aligned to Macquarie’s strategic objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to have an impact in a global team responsible for delivering value from spend within the Corporate Services category, which includes property, marketing, print & mail, travel and office services.

Working in this vibrant and inclusive team you’ll be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing and category management, working closely with the Global Category Leads, Service Owners and Regional Leads in delivering initiatives. You’ll be supporting the Senior Category Managers with project management and governance in the delivery of key projects, such as tenders and commercial negotiations.

You will manage vendor selection processes and achieve competitive TCO (total cost of ownership) and value through effective tendering and negotiation process. Your strong communication and relationship management skills will see you develop key relationships with internal stakeholders.

We would expect you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role coupled with strong relationship and interpersonal skills to be applied in working with your own team and vendors. You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, a customer focus and the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partners to drive business outcomes.
