Job DescriptionOur Finance Strategy and Performance Advisory division help CFOs to deliver efficient and effective financial support to their organisations and truly partner with the business. Our diverse and multidisciplinary team bring together skillsets including Performance Reporting, Cost Optimisation, Lean, Shared Services & Outsourcing and Talent Management.Your OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to lead our growing team and add real value to our organisation. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience to deliver real commercial insights and innovative solutions to our clients on a variety of engagements across the corporate, financial services and government sectors.As a key member of the team you will support Directors and Partners in delivering client engagements to a consistently high standard of accuracy, project management and timeliness. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
  • A passion for delivering innovative client solutions using your excellent communication and problem solving skills and experience in project management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications including CPA or equivalent (completed or currently undertaking) coupled with relevant experience financial transformation and change management
  • A commercial and analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve new and technically challenging problems, either independently or as part of a team
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present your ideas with impact to clients and other key stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills including experience working across multiple engagements
