In a Receptionist - Clerical role at Crescent, you will be responsible for appropriately screening and routing incoming calls, greeting walk-in visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and providing clerical support as assigned. This position requires strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. You will be working quickly and accurately under time constraints and against deadlines.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Ensure that all written messages are clear and passed on promptly.
Process cash sales and complete daily cash deposits; Reconcile and audit cash box.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous customer service related telephone experience required.
