As the Instructional Design & eLearning Specialist at Ellie Mental Health you will be responsible for the design, development, and rollout of high-quality interactive learning experiences to meet the expectations and objectives set by Operations leadership. This is an add-to-staff position to support our national growth.Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.The learning experiences you design and develop may range from eLearning courses delivered via LMS or Instructor Led materials for in-person facilitation. From idea to delivery, the eLearning developer will drive each project through an ADDIE process in collaboration with identified stakeholders, Operations leadership, and contributing SMEs to translate business needs into eLearning courses and instructor-led content and materials to support franchisee onboarding & ongoing operations training. The Instructional Design & eLearning Specialist is responsible for all aspects of building high-quality, professional deliverables including project outlines, plans, timelines, scripts, storyboards, graphic creation, and print materials.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Work directly with subject matter experts to understand business challenges and design and develop proposed learning solutions* Independently create appropriate learning and development solutions for e-learning, instructor-led, performance support - based on instructionally sound learning design with an eye for the learner experience* Maintain a patient and flexible project mindset while often working with project ambiguity* Establish and follow a review process for feedback throughout the development process* Apply skills and knowledge to projects while staying current with evolving technologies and opportunities for improved interactions in learning experiences* Proactively communicate project progress and deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines* Adhere to quality and brand standards established by Ellie Mental Health and the Operations Services & Training team.Preferred Experience / Skill Sets* Six or more years' experience developing instructionally sound learning solutions required* Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork* Knowledge of adult learning theory along with a passion for quality training for success on the job* Advanced Articulate Storyline 360 expertise (required), and experience developing custom interactions using Lecora Inspired (preferred)* Advanced Office365 skills including basic graphic design for use in high-quality PowerPoint presentations, and effective use of collaboration tools for project teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)* Experience recording and editing quality voice overs for use in eLearning courses (Adobe Audition or equivalent); Experience editing videos (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred), using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically advanced skills using InDesign (required); Proficient skills using Adobe Illustrator for basic graphic creation (preferred)* Experience publishing SCORM 1.2 courses for use in a LMS (required);Experience troubleshooting eLearning bugs reported after rolloutWhat we have to offer you:

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
