About the role

The UGL Unipart Joint Venture are currently seeking applications for a SAP Administrator to join the Supply Chain/Warehouse team. This role will be offered on a permanent full time basis and based at our client depot in Eveleigh, Sydney

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role of SAP Administrator is to provide efficient and effective administration and basic data analysis for the Warehouse operation team. As part of a team review and allocate all material priorities whilst maintaining system accuracy and integrity.

With in this role you will ensure all open transactions are completed as required to ensure maximum availability to UGL-Unipart customers, manage and maintain relevant systems and updating financial and administrative data in SAP, ensuring compliance with rollover schedules and produce reports as required.

About you

Experience gained in Supply Chain Procurement systems and processes will be highly regarded
Previous experience with in a administration role in a heavy industry environment
Previous experience using SAP - transactions and reporting
Strong reporting experience – exporting in to excel and manipulating data as needed
