In this role, you will be responsible for providing friendly, personal, and efficient customer service whilst building and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients superannuation customers.



Key Details

Commencing 6th February 2023


Full time - 38 hours per week


Monday - Friday 8:30am - 7pm (Rotating roster) 


Docklands location - at our clients head office


4 weeks training (Hybrid working model after training and nesting)



Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers by phone to build relationships by demonstrating a personal interest and facilitating requests


Achieve Customer Service Excellence by understanding and practicing the client's customer service standards


Actively work towards resolving customer enquiries and/or complaints in a prompt, professional and caring manner


Achieve or exceed performance targets relating to AHT (Average Handling Time), service quality, schedule adherence, FCR (First Contact Resolution), attendance, and customer experience


Translate complex products and policies into language appropriate for the audience
