The role will see you assisting the General Manager with (but not limited to):
Email and diary management
Travel management
General day-to-day administrative duties
Basic data input with the use of Excel spreadsheets
Formatting documents on PowerPoint
Act as the first point of contact for the Director
Liaise with internal team and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with a high work ethic
Exceptional time management and organisation skills
Strong communication skills
High-level of MS Office capability (Excel, Word + PowerPoint)
Previous experience working for an executive in property is highly regarded
