The campus recruitment world is an arms race of career possibilities, as competitive as it is colourful. We need buoyant, optimistic people on the front line to take our opportunities to the market, craft new ideas and techniques to connect, and engage students with energy and effectiveness.
Day to day, you'll uncover and create opportunities to engage early careers talent, both in an on-campus and digital capacity. You'll be a key player in our student recruitment efforts. You'll also provide technical advice across the business, sharing your know-how and can-do with internal stakeholders from Lines of Service to HR and talent acquisition.

About the Opportunity
As part of our Early Career team , our Attraction and Engagement team pursues a business-driven strategy to source talent and build stronger relationships with universities and students to increase applications.
Your responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day to day delivery of attraction and engagement activities
Manage a team of Attraction and Engagement associates
Develop collaborative and strong relationships with key influencers (Business Leads, LoS Engagement Leads, Student Societies, Universities, Third Party Student Suppliers)
Identify future campus recruitment needs by working closely with business partners
Work closely with the employer branding team to develop a digital go-to-market strategy that is aligned with PwC’s core values
Influence the student decision-making process by engaging with students in the market and hosting events that showcase PwC as an employer of choice
Increase the quality of applications that align with PwC's target audiences and improve the overall candidate experience
Develop and present pitches, reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Organise and participate in virtual and office-based student recruitment events
From time to time assist the Head of Early Careers Recruitment with other ad how duties.
To be successful in your role:
You have passion and enthusiasm for improving the candidate experience and helping them navigate a career pathway within PwC
Ability to develop a deep understanding of our business, strategy and future talent needs
Experience in campus engagement and recruitment and event management
Strong communication skills to deliver key messages during the campaign
Able to work in a large and complex business environment, manage projects, build relationships and influence change
You are willing to attend and present at various campus events
You are good at giving and accepting feedback to improve our processes
You have strong stakeholder management skills and can help bring together multiple business ideas to achieve positive outcomes
Marketing and employer brand experience preferred
Experience in the management of teams
Requirements:
You are an experienced campus and/or recruitment specialist with strong hands-on experience within events and have strong communication skills. Your working knowledge of the Australian university landscape, business acumen and experience will be pivotal in ensuring PwC can showcase its career pathways for early career entrants.
You have managed teams before ensuring the successful delivery of objectives and ensuring early careers recruitment programs are showcased in the best possible way.
