The Project

The CPB Contractors, Ghella & UGL joint venture has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $2.6bn M6 Stage 1 project. The project will deliver the missing link from Sydney’s south to the wider Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer. It will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads and help return local streets to local communities.

With works commenced in 2022, the M6 Stage 1 project scope includes the construction of twin four-kilometre tunnels and associated works, linking the M8 Motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking applications for Quality Administrators / Coordinators.

This role will be responsible for the following:

Support project personnel in the implementation of project quality requirements to ensure that specified project quality outcomes can be achieved, and appropriate project delivery records are maintained
Provide functional support to the construction, quality and completion team
Ensure accurate uploading and distribution of project related documents, records and correspondence
Review of the construction lot management system and assisting engineers in uploading documents to the applicable lots
Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Provide document control to the site team

About You

To be considered you will have a minimum two (2) years of construction experience including relevant construction quality management experience
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Awareness of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems
Well-developed writing, communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
Solid relationship building skills
A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management is desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
