The role
is adaptive; as a part of small team you will be involved in decision making processes, improvement initiatives and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

About you


We are looking for a team player who has excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders internal and external including Program auditors, investigators, legal, committee of review, administration and accreditation (Enrolment).


This is a high volume environment with tight time constraints so you must be able to prioritise and manage your time well while being professional, helpful and maintaining confidentiality at all times.


You will need high attention to detail and strong written communication skills to ensure outgoing correspondence is appropriate, accuate and adheres strictly to legislation to ensure Transpoirt for NSW’s reputation and the programs’ integrity are maintained at all times.


Ideally you will have the ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures preferably in road transport law, vehicle inspection/certification programs and operator accreditation programs.


Knowledge of NSW third party scheme or programs as they relate to vehicle safety would be an advantage, but not essential.


This is a fast paced environment however you need to perform at a high level and quality is preferred over quantity!


Salary and Benefits


The salary for this position is USS Grade 6 ($89,425 - $95,142) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
