Job Description
Job Summary

Candidate should have minimum 10 years of total experience and 3 to 5 years as PMO
Manager/Portfolio Manager experience.
This role is responsible to manage the project portfolios, create standards and guidelines for the
projects, create governance framework and ensure adherence.
This role is responsible for providing single view of management dashboard and reports for quick
decision making.
This Role must support project managers to plan and execute the projects smoothly and complete
on time.
Role must be able to
ï'· Define framework for Governance i.e. the rules and processes, workflows.
ï'· Creates repository for the templates, best practices, lessons learned from the previous
project to refer and reused for the new projects.
ï'· Streamline the processes and helps the teams to work efficiently and on time with quality
and assist project managers for delivery of the project.
ï'· Track Project Risk and ensure timely and transparent escalation
ï'· Manage all the artifacts and knowledge of the project.
ï'· Define way and means of generating Management Reports i.e.
o Overall progress and health of projects
o Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
o Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc.
o Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
o Operational efficiency and project performance
o Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources
ï'· Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives in consultation with leadership
ï'· Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning based on IT strategy and project backlog
ï'· Assist with Maximize Resource Utilization
ï'· Facilitate simplified Team Collaboration and Communication

Role should have
ï'· Experience and familiarity with one or more project/portfolio management tools.
ï'· Strong leadership skills.
ï'· Good written and verbal communication skills.
ï'· Strong attention to details and technicalities.
ï'· Excellent organizational and technical skills.
ï'· Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
