Solution Architect - M 365

Description

My Key Responsibility areas includes:

• Develop solutions focussing on Microsoft cloud technologies tailored to solve clients' technical and business requirements.
• Developing strategies and technology landscape for Cloud Identity, developing business case and Cloud adoption roadmap.
• Work together with LOBs and other IT sub-functions to understand business and enterprise requirements across the IT services and recommend technical solution to meet the business needs.
• Design & Solution Architecture for Identity Federation, Directory Synchronization & Email migration
• Enabling the decision makers on the Cloud services and help them to migrate their on-prem workload to Cloud.
• Deliver Workshops which incorporate MWP vision, mission, and technology with Cloud business development methodologies to customers.
• Provide Solution, High level Design and Implementation of Microsoft 365 Hybrid Migration from On-Premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online M365.
• Provide Solution, High level Design and Implementation On-Premises to Lync server to Skype for Business Online.
• Migration Experience on M365 - Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online, Gsuite, Domino,Linux & Hosted Exchange.
• Design and Implementation of ADFS and WAP server and AAD Connect Server
• Design and Implementation of EMS & Windows 10.
• Delivering technical support to a very high standard including documentation and handover workshops to users
• Provide pre-sales/technical sales support on cloud offering from Microsoft Cloud Services
• Post Sales guidance to the delivery team in deploying Identity Solution (AD, AzureAD, EM+S)

• Azure IaaS
• Office365, EM+S(AAD, AIP, Intune, CASB, Defender for Identity)
• Azure AD and Hybrid Identity Solutions with SSO
• Microsoft Infrastructure and Server technologies: Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/FileServer etc
• Windows Server: 2016 R2, DNS, AD, DHCP, File Server, PowerShell command-line.
• System Center: MECM
• Windows Client: Windows 10, Group Policy, Deployment, Bitlocker, Guards, Defender for Endpoint.
• Networking: Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, IPv4, NAT, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction self-starter/self-motivated.
• Ability to lead team of implementation and support engineers.
