- Building project timelines and maintaining daily progress report.
- Close coordination between customer's design team and vendor partners for QAP, design and prototype approval.
- Coordination with manufacturing partner, supply chain for bought out items and customer to execute the projects within timeline and as per specifications
- Identification of bottlenecks and solving on-site issues to maintain strict adherence to project timelines.
- Co-ordination with vendors/ partners for dispatch and delivery of finished goods
- Inventory and document management of materials dispatched by vendors/ partners.
- Stock entry of materials at Railway stores for carrying out furnishing activity at site.
- Co-ordination with Engineering team and Installation team to ensure quick and smooth fitment of furnishing projects (both Mechanical and Electrical)
- Understanding of Railway Purchase Order requirements and managing pre-furnishing activities, like Prototype clearance, QAP approval, Inspection clause, etc
- Coordination with Railway site officials to get coach allotments on time
- Manage post furnishing activities like co-ordination with Railway inspectors for clearance of fitment and generation of installation certificate.
- Co-ordination with sales team and railway store officials to generate RNote and submit bills for sales realisation
- Management of site office and development of capabilities of onsite/ installation team.
- Investigate complaints and take corrective/ preventive actions
- Technical Knowledge of Mechanical/ Electrical drawings, Shop floor inspection experience (preferably in composites).
- Preferably experience of working with MS Projects or equivalent software
- Digitally aware and ready to plan and execute innovative solutions.
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Experience in Project Management with emphasis on execution.
- Experience in handling turnkey projects or experience in working with Railway segment will be preferred.
- Full Time Degree in mechanical/ production/ electrical engineering or equivalent
- Preferably MBA in any discipline from a recognized institute/ certification in project management.(MBA is not mandatory)
